Getting Ready for the 2006 Home & Garden Tour!

Save the Dates! June 23-25, 2006

The 2005 Home Tour is almost here, but the Meridian Kessler Home Tour committee is already preparing for next year's event!  The twilight and day tours get better each year, and 2006 should be no exception. Committees are hard at work recruiting volunteers and hosts/hostesses, as well as planning fun events to accompany the tour for this year.  Now is the time to think about how you can support the neighborhood in 2006!

It’s never too late to be a part of the Home Tour. If you would like to put your home on the tour or volunteer, we’d love to have you. Your home doesn’t have to be Architectural Digest material to be on tour, and you don’t have to have unlimited free time to be a volunteer.

We are looking for:

• homes that represent the wide range of Meridian Kessler style;
• have been sympathetically updated to reflect modern day living;
• have unique and/or whimsical design schemes.

Even if you aren’t ready to put your home on tour in 2006, please:

• volunteer to serve on a Home Tour committee;
• volunteer to serve at homes on tour days;
• volunteer to sell tickets on tour days.

We need you!
Volunteers are essential for the tour to be successful.  It's fun for anyone who enjoys older homes and is a tremendous way to meet your neighbors, support your community, and contribute directly to an important neighborhood effort.
