Free Home Repair Assistance Available

If you are a homeowner in the Meridian Kessler neighborhood who meets the income qualifications below, you may qualify for one of two home repair awards that will be given out in 2005. Typical repairs involve major items like foundations, roofing, gutters, plumbing, electrical, and heating systems. To apply, call 283-5991 and request an application. The Northside Community Building Forum housing committee will review all applications and notify the two homeowners that have been selected to receive the repairs by January 30, 2005.

Income Qualifications
Your total annual gross income from all sources (including government assistance) must not exceed:

1-person household - $35,900
2-person household - $41,000
3-person household - $46,500
4-person household - $51,300
5-person household - $55,400
6-person household - $59,500
7-person household - $63,600
8-person household - $67,700
