Atlas / Arthur's Update
According to Marsh the building fronts will be located approximately 20'
back from the curb along College and 10' back from the curb along 54th
Street. For reference, the stores on the west side of College (Northside
News, etc.) are 18' back from curb and the Army/Navy Store is 8' back from
the 54th Street curb.
Neighbors on Carrollton, whose alley adjoins the Marsh property, are
working
w/ Marsh to create a set of Commitments that will be attached to the
Variance. These will address hours of delivery and trash pickup,
maintenance of parking lot and alley, landscaping along the alley and
other
issues that affect them directly. MKNA is supporting this dialogue.
Materials for the exterior of the building are being selected. We will
update this information as it is confirmed.
