St. Joan of Arc Dedicates Parish Community Center to Father Patrick Doyle
The St. Joan of Arc Parish Community Center was christened Doyle Hall at Father Patrick Doyle's last Mass as pastor of
Saint Joan of Arc. Father Doyle has been reassigned to Nativity of Our Lord Jesus Christ in southeastern Marion County.

awarded grants to outstanding programs through their Grant Committee. Vi
Walker and Mary Owens are Co-Chairmen of the Committee. Vi and Mary and
the entire MKNA Board of Directors are asking YOU to help provide small
but necessary items the Grant Committee's awards did not cover.

Meridian Kessler Grant Committee Awards - 2005
The MKNA Grant Committee awarded $12,500 to seventeen schools, youth and
senior groups. This seventh year of grant requests presented the
committee's biggest challenge, as twenty-two groups submitted requests for
a total of $36,634.

Pothole Problems? Contact MAC
If you would like to report a pothole anywhere in Marion County,
please call the Mayor's Action Center (MAC) at 327-4622. When
calling, please indicate the address of the pothole, the direction of
travel (N, S, E or W) and the specific lane (outside, middle,
inside), so work crews can quickly find and repair the pothole.
Free Home Repair Assistance Available
If you are a homeowner in the Meridian Kessler neighborhood who meets the
income qualifications below, you may qualify for one of two home repair
awards that will be given out in 2005.
