Zoom Land Use Committee Meeting

The MKNA Land Use Committee will be meeting virtually on Wednesday, July 30 at 6:00pm.
Cases for the July meeting:
2025-DV2-026 – 5547 N. Delaware Street – Zoning variance to provide for the construction of a detached garage with a three-foot south side and rear yard setback (four and five feet required, respectively)
2025-ZON-075 – 5416 N. College Avenue – Rezoning of a 0.22 acre parcel from the D-3(TOD) and C-3 (TOD) districts to the MU-2 (TOD) district to provide for a mixed-use development.
2025-UV2-011 – 5380 N. College Avenue – Variance of use to provide for the operation of a bar within 10 feet of a protected district (100-foot separation required)
