The MKNA Land Use Committee will be meeting on Tuesday August 3rd at 6:30pm to consider one petition:

2021-DV3-031 at 5859 Forest Lane: for a variance of development standards to provide for a pool with a 12′ setback from the front property line within the front yard of Forest Lane and a 6′ tall fence in the front yard of Forest Lane (20′ setback required, maximum height 42″ fence permitted).

The LUC will also hear from Kids Dance Outreach (KDO) who is interested in developing a lot at the SE Corner of 42nd and College Ave (currently used as overflow parking for IFD) and seeks the support of MKNA and the LUC.
