The MKNA Land Use Committee will be meeting virtually on Wednesday Feb. 28 at 6:30pm to consider two petitions:
- 5669/5673/5677 Broadway 2024-DV2-008 re: an 8-foot tall privacy fence in the side and rear yards of each referenced property
- 2024-DV2-007 at 529 E 57th Street: for a variance of development standards to provide for construction of a single family home with 66.9 % open space, 70% required.
