The Meridian-Kessler Neighborhood Association’s Land Use Committee will be holding a virtual meeting to review a petition for the property located at 4540 N. Park Avenue, (2023-DV2-005). The petitioner has requested a reduction in the required open space from 75% to 72% and the construction of a carriage house of 850 sqft.

Any interested neighbor or resident is welcome to join the meeting, review the materials and ask questions and voice concerns or opinions.

This meeting will be held virtually on Monday May 1st from 6:30-7:30pm.
