The Meridian Kessler Neighborhood Association Land Use Committee will meet virtually on Thursday December 7, 2022 at 6:30pm to review petition 2023-DV2-005.

The petition is related to 4540 N. Park Avenue: Variance of Development Standards of the Consolidated Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance to provide for the construction of a detached carriage house with a secondary dwelling containing 850 square feet (maximum 720 square feet), resulting in an open space of 72 percent (75 percent open space required).
