The MKNA Land Use Committee will be holding a meeting on Tuesday August 9th at 6pm at the Northwoods Christian Church at 46th and Central Avenue. We will be reviewing a petition for approval for a variance at 4235 N. Pennsylvania Street. The petitioner seeks to reduce the side setback in a D2 zoning district from 7′ to 4′ to allow for a covered structure over an outdoor kitchen/TV area.
