Land Use Meeting – 8.29 6pm Northwood Church

The Meridian-Kessler Land Use Committee will be meeting on Monday August 29th at 6pm at the Northwood Christian Church at 46th and Central.

The committee will be reviewing 2022-DV2-034, a request for a variance of development standards for the construction of a detached garage with secondary dwelling unit with a height of 23.75′, which is taller than the primary dwelling (accessory structures not permitted to be taller than primary buildings). Property location: 5210 Broadway Street

All neighbors, MK residents and interested parties are welcome to attend the meeting, review petition materials and ask questions.
