Land Use Case Reviews of Requests for Variance

Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 526 E. 52nd Street

The Meridian-Kessler Neighborhood Association Land Use committee will meet to review requests for variance of development standards. The MKNA Land Use Committee will consider these cases and make recommendations to the full MKNA Board.  All interested neighbors are encouraged to attend.

Petitioner: Andrew Nill and Catherine Kurowski by David Kingen and Justin Kingen

The petitioner requests a special exception of the Dwelling Districts Zoning Ordinance to provide for religious uses at 5610 Broadway Street.

The petitioner has applied for variances of development standards of the Dwelling Districts Zoning Ordinance to provide for a single family dwelling, with a four-foot north side setback and a five-foot west side setback, for an aggregate setback of nine feet (minimum five-foot side setback and 13-foot aggregate side setback required).
