MKNA has asked the City for a hearing continuance to allow more time for our Land Use Committee to prepare their report to the full MKNA Board. The new date for the Hearing Examiner’s public hearing is Thursday, September 15th at 1 pm in the City-County Building Public Assembly Room. **Please note: this is a different date than previously communicated due to the City’s modified schedule for September.**
The Land Use Committee has asked Milhaus to provide their written zoning commitments and a copy of their traffic study, once it has been completed. The committee will be reviewing these items prior to completing their report to the full MKNA board. Additionally, these items will be posted and shared once we receive them.
While we had previously expected for the full MKNA Board to vote on this petition at our August meeting, we have postponed this vote until our September meeting so that the Land Use Committee can complete their report.
