On Thursday, October 11th, the Meridian-Kessler and Butler-Tarkington Neighborhood Associations hosted a panel to discuss the two IPS referenda that will be on next month’s ballot. The conversation started with a presentation by Dr. Lewis Ferebee, Superintendent of IPS followed by a panel discussion including Ferebee, Mark Fisher (Chief Policy Office of the Indy Chamber), Lacey Everett (Director of Political Affairs & Engagement at MIBOR) and Christine Collier (Principal, IPS CFI #70).
