The MK boasts a contemporary design that simultaneously features architectural details that cater to its mixed-era residential context. The design includes three forms, separated by courtyards, to break down its scale. Its set back southern form includes a three-story gabled volume that transitions the building from the residential uses to the south, while the northern two 4-story forms are more modern and commercial in nature. Units were designed to provide great natural light, beautiful contemporary kitchens, and open-concept living spaces. A variety of unit types makes the MK the perfect home for a diverse group of people that desire to call Meridian-Kessler home.
