Land Use Committee Virtual Meeting 3/1/21, 6pm EST
The MKNA Land Use Committee will be meeting (virtually) on Monday, March 1st, 2021 beginning at 6pm. We will be hearing 3 cases.
- 4550 N. College Avenue 2021-ZON-018 petition to rezone parcel currently zoned D2 to MU-2 to allow for use as “Peanut Montessori”
- 5676 N. College Avenue 2021-PLT-013 plat petition to split a newly built duplex into two parcels for individual sale
- 5246 Central Avenue 2021-DV1-2004 variance for a two story addition with attached garage with a 5′ rear setback, 20′ required. Project already under construction.
- 811 E. 40th Street 2021-DV2-007 Variance for construction of a single family home with a 4′ front setback, within clear sight triangle, attached garage with 4.66 rear setback, 46% open space, and front steps and walkway within the Right-of-Way.
All interested neighbors and stakeholders are welcome to attend, listen to the petitioners and ask questions. The committee will then vote and submit a recommendation to the city boards hearing the above cases.
